For this year the community board has decided that there will be curfew for children as young as 7 to the age of 12 for Halloween night. By 9 o'clock children from ages of 7 to 12 are to be off the street and at home. This curfew was put into place after several incidents of children being seen late at night on Halloween when crazy people and situations occur.
They will also have police cars patrolling the area due to incidents that occurred last year. Although they were not serious, the community board just does not want to deal with egg throwing, toilet paper wrapping, and shaving cream on cars.
Hopefully Throggs Neck has a safe Halloween and stays out of trouble!!!
